Harrison will go the extra mile. He even went to my benefit hearing with the State to help support me while I was appealing their decision for my benefits. It can be difficult to understand why the government does what it does. I was glad to have H in my corner that day.

I have been intimately involved with federal and state social insurance programs for close to 30 years. I had the opportunity to speak with H about the process and how decisions made impact beneficiaries. Having seen outcomes from only one side, I expressed my shortcomings of knowledge as to how private insurance can fill unforeseen gaps in coverage. I knew he would have the answers. He not only helped me understand how public and private sectors work together, he put my mind at ease knowing the people I serve have an opportunity to afford unexpected health care costs, maintain their lifestyle and receive appropriate care. H knows what he is doing and can help guide beneficial choices.

Harrison has been a constant in our lives since we’ve been on Medicare. We meet yearly to explain our options. He also makes time in his very busy schedule anytime we have needed any advice or guidance.

With being bombarded with information, both good and bad, when I was turning Medicare age I was referred to Harrison by a co-worker. He explained my options and rights over coffee and set my mind at ease. He also kept in constant contact with me helping to navigate my Medicare status since I was born in another country.

Even before my husband turned 65 we met Harrison at a community meeting he was hosting where he explained all of our options. When my husband was receiving Medicare it was an easy decision as to what plan he needed and H helped to place him in the proper plan. When I was eligible a few years later I enrolled with H’s help as well.
